A Pathway with Purpose
Our development system begins with early talent identification and continues through structured stages from the ages of 9 up to the JVW First Team competing in the Hollywoodbets Super League. Many of our players also compete in the JVW Schools League, a flagship initiative that offers schoolgirls the opportunity to play in a structured, competitive environment while balancing academics and personal growth.
Throughout this journey, we place as much value on character-building and life skills as we do on technique and tactics. Players are encouraged to lead, learn, and evolve, on and off the field.

At every level of the JVW pathway, our players are mentored by those who’ve walked the path before them. From former graduates to national team stars, active role models are consistently around the JVW program. They aren’t just there to lead, they’re there to inspire.
This consistent exposure to role models, combined with daily values-led coaching, ensures that our players are equipped not only for football success but also for life after the final whistle. Many of our graduates go on to thrive in professional sport, further education, business, and leadership roles, always carrying the lessons they learned here.
