First Team midfielder, Tyla Bree Joss has received an U20 Women’s National Team Call up after a great performance in the Sasol league so far this year.
Joss recorded 14/19 appearances in 2016 and has been a major part of the First teams success which includes winning the Gauteng Sasol League and finishing as runners up in the National Champs.
The left footed midfielder is also currently joint with Nyandeni and Motlhalo for Top goalscorer so far in the 2017 season after 11 matches.
Lauren Duncan shares her thoughts on the selection: “Tyla is a soft hearted but strong willed individual who shines on the football field. Being involved at JvW FC for 5 years we have been able to watch her grow in the sport and guide her in the right direction.
Having National team role models playing right beside her, Tyla has learnt valuable lessons in the women’s game and we look forward to seeing her take the field as a National Team player in the near future” Tyla Bree Joss, will head off to Camp this weekend, while her team travels to Vanderbijlpark to take on VUT.
